A: Please advise us the material, size, color, logo and other special requirements, then we will offer you a solution for confirmation, and we will arrange the production and shipping after your payment.
Q2: How to pay for the sample fee?
A: You can pay via Bank, Western Union or other supported terms. Normally the sample production time will be 3-7 working days.
Q3: What are the shipping methods and delivery times?
A: We offer Express (5-7 working days), Air (7-15 days), and Sea (15-45 days). You can use your own courier account or we can calculate the charges for you.
Q4: Can we place an order lower than your MOQ?
A: Yes, but it is usually not economical as we have to apply a surcharge for pattern making and labor costs.
Q5: Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes, we have specialized in OEM/ODM for more than 15 years. Material, style, size, color, logo, label, and packaging can all be customized.
Q6: Is there quality control for the products?
A: Yes, we use needle detection and thorough quality checks throughout the production process to ensure high standards.
