What is your production capacity?
Our annual production capacity can reach up to 1 million pieces, with a monthly output of approximately 300,000 pieces to ensure timely delivery for bulk orders.
Can you provide custom design services (OEM/ODM)?
Yes, we offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services. We can develop samples according to your tech packs, copy existing samples, or apply your private labels and logos to our existing styles.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
In the low season (April to September), production takes 20-40 days. During the busy season (October to March), the lead time is approximately 50-90 days, including material production.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 200 pieces per style per color when choosing from our available color swatches, which allows for 3-4 different sizes.
How do you ensure product quality?
We utilize a rigorous quality control process including Pre-production Samples (PPS), inline inspections by our QC team, and final inspections. Customers are also welcome to arrange third-party inspections.
What are the sample costs and development times?
The sample fee is $80 per style, which is refundable upon placing a bulk order. Development usually takes 7-10 days for fabric and another 7-10 days for sampling.
